Phoenix Park Photo Walk
We will meet at 10.00AM near the bus stop no.320 on Westmoreland Street ( near tesco on fleet street ) and take the bus 46a.
We will start the walk at Dublin zoo. Which will take a couple of hours.
After which we will head on to phoenix park covering the Wellington testimonial and heading onto magazine fort.
Finally we would exit through Islandbridge gate reaching our final destination of the war memorial gardens.
Then we could take the bus 69/79/79a back towards city centre. ( Bus stop no. 7435, con colbert road, memorial gardens )
We will be having lunch inside the zoo. There are a couple of restaurants inside the zoo with decent food.
I do recommend packing your own lunch or to buy a sandwich and bring it along.
There are plenty of picnic spots inside the zoo to stop and eat.
Students ticket for entry into the zoo costs 12.50 Euro.
In order to avoid queuing up at the zoo, tickets can be bought in advance in the Dublin zoo website. ( The queue becomes quite long )
The map of the places that we are going to cover can be found here, http://www.phoenixpark.ie/
