WEEK 3 with DUPA

WEEK 3 with DUPA

Hello Hello Honeys. Welcome back to Week 3 with DUPA.

We’ve got a busy week ahead and are excited to share it with you!

Our DSLR class series begins this Wednesday 26th of September. Welcome to the first class in our course for this year, Digital Photography: An Introduction.  This week, Darragh will take students through: photographic styles and photo presentation, the parts of a camera, types of cameras and the “mechanics” of exposure (shutter speed, aperture, ISO). This is a walk-in class, so there’s no need to reserve a place. This is however, a class for DUPA members. If you are a member, please bring your card, but if not, you will be able to sign up before the class (membership costs €3 for the year).  Check out the event here.

This week DUPA are going on a trip! We’re starting off our photowalks with a night photo walk. Our route is gonna take us to Grand Canal Dock and along the banks of the beautiful Liffey. Come explore the bright lights of Dublin city with DUPA, this is a great oppurtunity to explore the possibilities of night photography!
Meet us at the Campanile at 7.00 p.m (straight after our DSLR class!) armed with your camera. Don’t have one? No problem! Come along anyway to enjoy the sights, there may be an après pint involved. You can find the event here.
You know we love you.
